01/21/2011 - Snow, Snow and More Snow

Since we moved to Franklin in November, we've seen the most snow we've ever had in a winter! Since we're snowed in yet again today, I thought I'd take a minute to share some pictures from the last big snow. We went for a walk and took some shots of our new neighborhood.

We're slowly continuing to settle in but are ready for visitors anytime!

I was so proud of Anna Claire for understanding the concept of "patterns", so I wanted to post this video. She must have learned about them at school...it's always fun to find out something new that she knows!

07/30/2010 - Mommy and Me Dance Recital

Well, I wasn't sure how I would feel about sharing this video but despite a slightly rough start on figuring out which way to sway and my watch coming off in the middle of it, I think it went pretty well! My favorite part is during the swaying in the beginning when Anna Claire is really getting into lifting her legs! I think in the end she got more out of the class than I thought she was!
